Google permeates much of the U.S. online environment whether you use their services like gmail, or a simple search, even clicking on an ad (by google) - so its important - if you care about your legal rights a a US citizen to keep abreast of terms of service agreements for such large multinational ‘web conglomerates’ I like to call them. The aforementioned link is updated as needed I presume, making it always the current TOS for their products.
